Coming Soon: The Chef's Table at The Twisted Kilt


The Twisted Kilt in Montego Bay is introducing a new feature in dining called the Chef's Table which debuts on Friday, August 20th. This concept involves a minimum of six or more guests having a five or six course meal which will be mostly prepared at the table by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef. The menu will also be paired with wine. After it's debut on August 20th the Chef's Table will be a regular feature of The Twisted Kilt beginning in September and being offered on select nights.

AMUSE BOUCHE’
Watermelon with Orange Chambord vinaigrette

Appetizer
Caramelized scallops, cheese ravioli and Porcini cream

Salad
Wilted spinach, warm balsamic glaze and topped with crumbled goat cheese and roasted pecan

Sorbet Course
Olive oil poached Lobster tail accompanied with carrot rice cake, marinated peaches and asparagus tips and laced with Cognac cream

Fourth Course
Herb crusted tenderloin ,resting on Napa cabbage hash and topped with exotic oxtail ragout and laced with a jackfruit merlot infusion

Fifth Course
Chilean sea bass accompanied with gnocchi fricassee and carrots, haricot verts, and finished with a melon salsa

Dessert
Jackfruit mango cheese cake with strawberry coulis and pineapple flambe’ topped with a Hypnotic crème
